English

According to the engineer, the robot runs on solar energy and can work day and night over several hectares. It cuts the use of chemical products in half, which protects both the soil and farmers' health. A farmer who tested it says he saved precious time during the busiest season. Yet the price of the machine remains high and some producers hesitate to invest. The inventor explains that a rental option should soon be offered. Several agricultural cooperatives have already shown interest, and a first series of twenty robots will be built this winter.
