English
Among the spectators, many were coming to a theater for the first time and said they were moved by the closeness to the actors. The director explains that ticket prices and a certain feeling of intimidation still keep part of the population away from performance halls. Thus, the project offers free seats distributed through social associations and schools. What is more, each performance is followed by a discussion with the artistic team. The initiative is financed by the city and by private sponsors, and will last until the end of the season. If the success is confirmed, other theaters could adopt the same model.
