Hi, You will not believe it! When I arrived in Toronto, my suitcase was not on the conveyor belt. I waited an hour, then I went to the baggage counter. I was very worried because all my clothes and my documents were inside. Fortunately, the employee was nice. I filled out a form and she promised to deliver my suitcase to the hotel. Finally, I received it the next morning. Next time, I will keep some clothes in my carry-on bag. See you soon
