English

Two months ago, my job stressed me so much that I slept very badly. A colleague advised me to take a yoga class. At first, I had trouble staying still and I found the breathing exercises a bit ridiculous. Yet, as the weeks went by, I felt a real difference. My back hurts less, I sleep better and I react more calmly to problems. I am convinced that it is important to take time for yourself. When you work a lot, you often forget your own needs, and this ends up causing fatigue. One hour a week to relax can improve health, but also the quality of work. I therefore advise you to try a trial session. You have nothing to lose.
