Since March, my department has been using an artificial intelligence tool. I mainly use it to summarise long documents and prepare first drafts of emails. What used to take an hour now takes only fifteen minutes. However, I sometimes find mistakes in the proposed texts, so I always check the result before sending it. In my view, this technology is rather a help than a threat. It removes repetitive tasks and leaves more time for decisions and contact with customers, which nobody can replace. Admittedly, some jobs will change. But the company must offer training so that everyone learns to use these tools well. If we stay attentive, artificial intelligence can make our work more interesting.
