English
On Friday evening, more than three hundred people gathered in the neighbourhood park for an open-air cinema screening. Everyone had brought a blanket and a picnic. When night fell, a big screen lit up between two trees and we watched an old French comedy. The children laughed, the older people sang along to the songs and even a few teenagers came without their phones. In my opinion, this kind of free activity should be organised more often. It allows families with a small budget to go out together, and it brings different generations together. Moreover, a lively park is safer and more pleasant. That is why I would like the local council to offer one screening a month throughout the summer.
