English

A month ago, I noticed that I was spending nearly four hours a day on my phone, mostly on social media. So I decided to limit my time to thirty minutes a day for two weeks and to turn off all notifications. The first days were difficult: I picked up my phone out of habit, for no reason. After a week, the situation changed. I read two books, I started running again and I called friends I no longer saw. I concentrated better at work and slept more peacefully. In the end, I find that a digital break is very useful. It does not require deleting everything, but it helps you regain control. I advise you to start with a single weekend, then increase gradually.
