Last month, I bought a coat on an online site and a pair of shoes in a small shop in my neighbourhood. The coat was 30% cheaper, but delivery took ten days, the size did not fit and the return cost me time. In the shop, the salesperson had me try on three models and recommended the most comfortable one. The shoes cost more, but I have worn them for a month without problems. In my opinion, we should support local shops whenever possible. Whereas the big platforms mainly look for low prices, small shops give personalised advice and create jobs in the neighbourhood. If everyone buys online, our streets will become empty. I nevertheless keep the Internet for very specific products.
