English

Last Sunday, I put on ice skates for the first time in my life, on the park's outdoor rink. At first, I held the barrier with both hands and fell four times in ten minutes. The children zooming past me seemed incredible. Little by little, I found my balance, and towards the end of the afternoon, I managed to do a full lap without stopping. My cheeks were red, but I was happy. Despite the cold, I find it very good to do an outdoor activity in winter. You enjoy daylight, which improves mood during the dark months. You also exercise without getting bored. So put on a hat and warm gloves and go out: winter is a season to be lived!
