Mon quartier idéal serait à la fois calme et bien desservi. Il y aurait un grand parc, parce que j'aime courir et me promener, et des pistes cyclables pour circuler en sécurité. Je voudrais aussi des commerces de proximité : une boulangerie, une pharmacie, un petit marché et quelques cafés sympathiques. Comme j'ai l'habitude de prendre les transports en commun, j'aimerais que le métro ou le bus soit à moins de cinq minutes à pied. Il y aurait aussi une bonne école et une bibliothèque pour les enfants. Enfin, l'ambiance serait chaleureuse, avec des voisins qui se connaissent et qui organisent parfois des fêtes. Mon quartier actuel est agréable, mais il manque un peu d'espaces verts et il y a trop de circulation.

My ideal neighborhood would be both quiet and well served. There would be a large park, because I like running and walking, and bike lanes to get around safely. I would also like local shops: a bakery, a pharmacy, a small market and a few friendly cafés. Since I am used to taking public transport, I would like the subway or bus to be less than five minutes away on foot. There would also be a good school and a library for children. Finally, the atmosphere would be warm, with neighbors who know each other and sometimes organize parties. My current neighborhood is pleasant, but it lacks a bit of green space and there is too much traffic.
