English

I am rather healthy, but I pay attention to my lifestyle. I try to eat a balanced diet, with lots of vegetables, and I exercise twice a week. For sleep, I generally go to bed around eleven and wake up at seven, so I sleep about eight hours. However, a few months ago I lacked sleep because of an important project at work, and I often had headaches. I went to the doctor, who advised me to cut down on coffee and not to look at my phone before sleeping. I followed his advice, and it works very well. Today I feel much fitter and calmer.
