  • Describe your usual style then adapt: au travail, le week-end, pour une soirée.
  • Use porter + clothes and avoid translating word-for-word; remember adjective agreement (une chemise blanche, des chaussures noires).
  • Mention what influences your choices: confort, saison, budget, tendances.
  • Add a small anecdote with the passé composé (un achat que vous avez regretté).

English

I dress in a fairly simple and casual way. On weekdays, to go to work, I often wear dark trousers and a shirt, because my company prefers a classic style. On weekends I wear jeans, a T-shirt and comfortable sneakers instead. For me comfort is more important than fashion, but I like colors to match. In winter I wear a big coat and a scarf because it is very cold. Last year I bought a very trendy jacket on sale, but finally I almost never wore it because it was not practical. Since then, I think more before buying, and I prefer quality to quantity.
