I buy online about twice a month, mostly books, clothes and sometimes electronic devices. I find it practical because I save time and can easily compare prices. Before ordering, I always read other customers' reviews. Delivery generally takes three or four days. Last month I ordered a pair of shoes, but they were too small. I had to return them, and the refund took two weeks, which was not very pleasant. That is the drawback: you cannot try things on. On the other hand, for food and fresh products, I prefer going to the store. I think online shopping is useful, as long as you remain careful with unknown sites.
