  • Follow the time order with connectors: d'abord, ensuite, après, puis, enfin, to make your answer easy to follow.
  • Use the present for routine, and give times (vers sept heures, à midi) to sound precise.
  • Use reflexive verbs correctly: je me lève, je me douche, je me couche (reflexive pronoun before the verb).
  • Add one comment on a moment you enjoy or find difficult, and compare with the weekend.

French

Enfin, je me couche vers vingt-trois heures.

English

Generally, I wake up around seven. First I take a shower, then I drink a coffee and eat a bit of bread with jam. Next I go to work by subway, which takes about forty minutes. In the morning I am often focused, so it is the best moment for difficult tasks. At noon I have lunch with colleagues in a small restaurant near the office. In the afternoon I often have meetings. I come home around six, make dinner and watch an episode of a series. Finally, I go to bed around eleven. On weekends my day is much more relaxed and I get up later.
