J'habite dans un appartement de trois pièces, au quatrième étage d'un immeuble. Il y a un salon avec une grande fenêtre, une cuisine assez moderne, une chambre et une petite salle de bains. J'ai emménagé il y a deux ans et je loue l'appartement, car acheter est trop cher dans ma ville. Ce que j'aime le plus, c'est le balcon : l'été, j'y prends mon petit-déjeuner et je profite du soleil. En revanche, ce qui me manque, c'est un peu plus d'espace pour ranger mes affaires. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, ce qui est parfois fatigant. Plus tard, j'aimerais déménager dans une maison avec un jardin, mais pour l'instant, cet appartement me convient très bien.

English

I live in a three-room apartment on the fourth floor of a building. There is a living room with a big window, a rather modern kitchen, a bedroom and a small bathroom. I moved in two years ago and I rent the apartment because buying is too expensive in my city. What I like most is the balcony: in summer I have breakfast there and enjoy the sun. On the other hand, what I miss is a bit more space to store my things. There is no elevator, which is sometimes tiring. Later, I would like to move to a house with a garden, but for now this apartment suits me very well.
