English

I have three meals a day. In the morning I eat bread with cheese and drink tea. At noon I often have lunch at work, simple dishes like pasta or a salad. In the evening I prefer to have dinner with the family, and it is the most important meal of the day. In my country we eat a lot of rice and vegetables, with spices. Last weekend I prepared a traditional dish for my friends and they loved it. I try to eat a balanced diet, but I have a sweet tooth and I admit that I sometimes snack on cakes. I think sharing a meal is an excellent way to spend time with others.
