Hello Sir, my name is Camille Fournier and I'm calling because I would like to organise a trip to the cinema with friends, on Saturday afternoon. There will be eight of us, and I'm in charge of booking everything. Could you help me? To begin with, which films are showing at your cinema at the moment? I'm looking for something light, because some of my friends have had a difficult week. Is there a comedy that everyone could enjoy, even the youngest? Ah, there are two French comedies and an animated film, that's good. Could you tell me what the first comedy is about? Okay, a story about a family going on holiday, that should please everyone. What time are the screenings on Saturday afternoon? Three o'clock, five o'clock, that's good. I prefer the three o'clock one, that way we can eat together afterwards. How long does the film last? One hour forty, very good, I note that. Is the film in the original version with subtitles? One of my friends is learning French and she would like to practise. Ah, only in the French version for this screening, too bad, but it doesn't matter. Now, what is the price of a ticket? Hmm, eleven euros, that's a bit expensive for students. Who is entitled to the reduced rate? Could you clarify whether I have to show a student card? Very well, the reduced rate is seven euros fifty for students and people under twenty-six. Four of my friends are students, so that's a nice saving. Is there also a discount for groups? Ah, from ten people, we're only eight, but maybe two other friends will come. I'll ask them. Can we book in advance by phone? It would be easier for me than queuing on the day. Perfect, I note that we can book up to one hour before the screening. Until when can I cancel the booking in case of a problem? Ah, until two hours before, at no cost, that's flexible. And are the seats numbered, or do we choose freely? I would like us all to sit together. Okay, I can choose eight seats side by side, thank you. One last question: can we buy popcorn with the tickets, or only at the counter? Ah, there is a menu for groups. That's a very good idea. So, let me sum up: eight seats on Saturday at three o'clock for the comedy, four reduced rates at seven euros fifty, and a booking by phone. Thank you very much, Sir, you were very kind. Have a nice day, and see you on Saturday!
